Can be used to DOWNSIZE the bars originally used with initial Nipple  piercing. Once healing has taken place,  these barbells will downsize the bars to healed sizes after complete healing of your piercing.  Gems are not included.

These can be used for any piercing requiring a straight bar. 

We do NOT recommend using threadless for any genital or oral piercings
